Video

WHY Do These KIDS LOVE SCHOOL?

In the video you can identify various forms of education at present the most important task of teachers is to teach students to autonomous, independent learners, who are interested in knowledge, who are motivated to discover and construct knowledge become that awaken wonder and curiosity is what allows us to go beyond, which allows us to reflect knowledge, this is achieved through flexible teaching strategies and appropriate to the context and the educational level of students.

in the video we could watch as taught through the concrete, and meaningful learning is present in the school and how it transforms the training of students, through the playful, play, active participation, work team knowledge is constructed and becomes more enjoyable and enriching teaching

video motivates us and invites us to transform education into an extraordinary experience motivates us to break with the traditional apprenticeship system; true transformation lies in the preparation for life, which includes the development of intellectual, social and emotional skills, this is a basic principle when you want to transform and innovate in education, to carry out this principle has been to work in the potential of each student: identify their capacities, highlight those actions and activities you can do better, and thus exploit its strengths. Go to the extraordinary in education encompasses several aspects, I will mention four of vital importance and are based on a transformational and innovative school management and this is what is missing in schools today we have become in players knowledge which is not you make changes, repeat and repeat and rarely build or create something new, teaching is becoming somewhat monotonous, boring, uninteresting and pointless.

Relationships of teachers and students are now sharing knowledge I give you and you give me respect, listening and attention, as teachers can not lose feeling the human side, educating for life, teach values and we can not forget that our first function is to guide the younger generation to build a better world.
